Hi ghemant, are you perhaps referring to the pubCenter beta? The pubCenter beta is US only.

Hi Rathna, Great to see you using the forums again. The pubCenter pilot is currently open only to US participants -- payouts are available only to users with US tax ID #s. We don't have a defined timeframe yet for expansion to other markets. Thanks...
