I have been at Microsoft since 1997; most of that time spent with teams creating the Help documentation for Microsoft products. Over the years I was responsible for documenting various Windows Server features, including Server Clusters, Networking, Network Load Balancing and Security. I am currently a Senior Writer on the adCenter User Assistance team, where I enjoy working with our customers to develop the information they need to be successful with adCenter. I always welcome feedback on our documentation and look forward to any suggestions about how we can make the documentation useful for our users.
