Hope to find a solution......

I am trying to install Microsoft adCenter Add-In for Excel 2.0 (Beta)

In Excel 2007 I see that in the add-ins tab the add-in does not appear.
I click the excel option -> Add-Ins -> COM Add-Ins -> Go

When I try to enable the Add-in I have this message at the bottom of the window:

Location: C:\program files\Microsoft adCenter Add-In for Excel 2.0 (Beta) \ adSage.dll.manifest
Load Behavior: Not loaded. A run time error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in.

When looking at the installation instruction of the adCenter Add-in for Excel 2007 (Beta) It says: "Once you have installed the adCenter Add-in, click Options, and then select KSP Server."  There is no start menu or anywhere I can see the KSP Server?

Anyone can help?

    Looks like your addin is not installed properly.

    Could you uninstall it from control panel, and got to c:\program files\, clean up the directory of adCenter addin, and reinstall it again?

    THanks,
    Dylan

    Could you uninstall it from control panel, clear the folder of  C:\program files\Microsoft adCenter Add-In for Excel 2.0 (Beta), and reinstall it?

    Thanks,

    can you uninstall the addin, go to C:\Program Files\adcenter addin....\, delete all the files. and install it again?

    Let me know your running OS and excel 2007 version.

    Thanks,

    Dylan

    I am also, for whatever reason(s), having this most irratating problem. No matter what I've tried, can't get the adcenter add-in for excel to work - after installing it, the add-in just sits in the inactive category because of a runtime error: I am guessing maybe some confusion in the framework versions/options one has or something in the registry from previously.  Is there perhaps a different way to install?
