where is the user access administration, the help said it is on the "profiles" page but there is nothing at all.

I need it to give others in my company to view report only.

BTW, I'm a newbie for adcenter analytics, is there a page view limit per month here? Say in google analytics, if you don't have adwords account the page view limit would be 5 million PVs per month.

That functionality hasn't been turned on yet but stay tuned as we're working on it. We place no emphasis on having a Search Ads account so no worries there!
