Yes I think it's good idea. I live in asia and hope microsoft adcenter publisher will be available here :)

Great question. I was very surprised to see that Microsoft does not offer Spanish ads. We recently went live with our Spanish version of SpellSpace.com, and was able to get ads from Google, and Yahoo ads in Spanish. (SpellSpace Espanol) I find Microsoft ads to be more effective and fairly priced.
