Change billing information
You can change the primary contact (The person listed as responsible for the account.) , the payment method information, or the billing address for an account at any time. If the credit or debit card for the account is about to expire, you can update the expiration date for the card or associate a different payment method with the account. If you associate a different payment method, the balance and all new advertising costs that accrue will be billed to the new method.
Add new PayPal information
1. Click the Accounts & Billing tab.
2. Click the Payment Methods tab.
3. Under Payment Methods, click Add PayPal.
4. Under PayPal details, type a name for the account.
5. Under Billing address, enter the required information.
6. Click Next.
Microsoft adCenter redirects you to PayPal's secure site.
7. Do one of the following:
Create a new PayPal account.
1. Follow the instructions for creating a new PayPal account.
2. Review the Microsoft adCenter billing agreement.
3. Click Agree and Continue.
PayPal redirects you back to the adCenter Accounts & Billing page, where PayPal now appears under Type.
Sign in to your current PayPal account.

Associate payment method with an account
To pay for your advertising costs with a new or different payment method, you must first associate the payment method with your account.
1. Optional: To add or change a payment method for an account, see Change billing information.
2. Click the Accounts & Billing tab.
3. On the Accounts page, under Account number, click the account that you want to associate with the payment method.
4. On the Account Details page, under Payment Method, in the Payment method list, select the payment method that you want to associate with this account.
A red asterisk indicates required information.
5. Click Save.
Notes
* You can edit active accounts only. You'll find the account status on the Account List page in the Status column.
* After you associate a new payment method with an account, all pending charges are transferred to the new payment method.
* A single credit card, debit card, PayPal account, or invoice can be associated with up to three accounts.
* You cannot change the currency settings of an account after you set it up. However, you can create a new account by using a different currency setting.
