Definately there is a lot of information. But here are the basics. If you would like to find out more information you may go to adcenter.microsoft.com > at the top right there is a "Help" link and you will be able to find information there.
Your Microsoft adCenter account contains information about your sub-accounts and online advertising campaigns, including your associated ads and keywords. Within the account, you can manage multiple accounts, and within each account you can manage multiple campaigns (A set of one or more ad groups that share one budget.) and their billing information.
The first thing you’ll need to do is sign up for adCenter. In addition to entering your account information, you’ll also create a campaign, set a budget, and choose keywords. By the time you’ve completed the sign-up process, you’ll have submitted your first campaign!
