Since yesterday (January 3th) the spend stats shows 0.00 for all campaigns while I have about 900 clicks.

When I check the stats for January the 2th I get 0.00 spend as a result (about 900 clicks).

When I check the stats for January the 3th I also get 0.00 spend as a result. (about 1500 clicks).

When I check the stats for January the 1th then the spend stats are correct.

I cleared my cache but that did not solve the problem. Never had this problem before.

I'm using IE8 and Vista.

I like free advertising but this must be an error. :)

This is happening to us too - i've seen reports on forums elsewhere too.

Is it bad practice to post a username here?

    Thanks

    Hi ChrisM

It may not be a good idea to publish your user name/account name in the forums. This is a public site.

The issue with stats not showing is affecting other customers and is a known issue. Our engineering team is working on the issue as a high priority today. I'll post back here when we have a status update. -

I still get 0.00 for 2 and 3 January. I cleared the cache. Other days are working fine.

    Hello dlocks,

The issue has been resolved for the performance grid. I am unable to replicate the issue.
Have you tried running Keyword Performance for those 2 days?

    Thank you.
