Invalid username or password

I know others are experiencing this problem recently - trying to sign in and it won't recognise the username or password.

Using same details in the web page and it works fine.

Anyone figured out a fix for this?

 

ps - tried allowing port numbers as described in another thread but no joy

Hello Kim Pham,

A couple things that i would need to know are:

1. What is your Username?
2. Do you have mulitple accounts?
3. Are you able to Login into the adCenter User Interface via web browser?
4. Have you tried resetting your password?

did you by any chance do an update on adcenter desktop beta?

I faced the same problem, After the update, I was not able to login new accounts. Was able to login to only those accounts which I already logged in. I unistalled the adcenter desktop and ms sql and reinstalled them. Then it worked fine.

yes, its all up to date.

 

adcenterrep2 - I've sent you the details.

Giridhar - also reinstalled with no luck.

 

My adcenter desktop is still dead in the water guys.
