I am unable to replicate this issue with other accounts i am able to see all the data.

A couple questions that i have are,

How new is the campaign? are you able to see data in adCenter UI? are you able to run reports and see data?

Thanks for your reply.

The campaign is 20 days old and there is enough data, which i am able to see at my Adcenter online account.

I am able to see the stats at adgroup level but when i try to check it for Ads level, it only shows the Ads but no data. And for the keywords, it doesn't even show the keywords. I have tried downloading the campaign data multiple times but still the same.

Again without being able to download your account into the tool i will not be able to replicate the issue. However, if there is data that you have stated.

If you are in the keywords tab. At the top, there is a navigation bar look for the box that saids "Performance Statistics" select the timeframe and hit Download Statistics.

That should be able to download and data that is in your account.

All you're doing wrong is trying to hard. It's a known problem.

Perhaps it is related to the issues with stats in AdCenter Dektop as mentioned in the topics below:

I uninstalled and reinstalled adcenter beta and after downloading the campaign, i am able to see all the data.
