I am not able to download the statistics for all the match types.

I tried to download statistics (All to date) for an account. It downloaded statistics for only one match type (broad/phrase/exact) for each keyword. And also I am not sure on what basis its choosing the match type.

Could anyone please help me in downloading complete statistics.

I am using the Adcenter Desktop Beta Version 3.0.0 (6.00.10159.100)

    Hi Giridhar,

    1. Open the RUN command. If you do not have the "Run" option on their menu, there is a 'hot-key' command you can use (WINKEY+R). Press the windows key then the "R" button.

    2. In the "Run" bar, have them type in one of these 2 strings:
    Windows Vista: c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\MAF\Localstore
    Windows XP: c:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\MAF\Localstore

    3. Delete the Contents only of this folder.

When the you launch the desktop tool, this will rebuild all of your localstore, you will also have to download you entire account, this is similar to reformatting.

Here is the correct link to download/install the adCenter Desktop Tool: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=164973&clcid=0x409

Below I have also provided the system requirements for those that may need to know.

Operating system: Supported 32 bit and 64 bit Operating Systems: Windows Server 2003; Windows
Server 2008; Windows Vista; Windows XP

    equivalent (Recommended)

    Display: 800 x 600, 256 colors (Minimum); 1024 x 768 high color, 32-bit (Recommended)
Web browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or later

Internet connection: Dial-up or broadband Internet access required during installation and for
subsequent exchanges of data with Microsoft adCenter online.

Microsoft adCenter account: Microsoft adCenter user name and password required during installation and for

    Still facing the same issue.

    I did the following:

    - Unistalled adcenter desktop.

    - Deleted the contents of the folder in c:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\MAF\Localstore

    - Installed Adcenter Desktop Beta from the url: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=164973&clcid=0x409

    Nothing changed.

    Issues:

    1. I still have the account data available by default when I open the Adcenter Desktop tool.

    2. I tried to delete the account from the Adcenter Desktop. But couldnot delete, as its not showing any data under "User List"

    3. I still see the statistics only for one of the match types for each keyword

    Thanks,

    Giridhar

I some how managed to delete the account and download the whole data again. And downloaded the statistics again. Still its showing only data for only one match type for each of the keywords. For the other match types, its empty.

So, if, for a keyword it shows statistics for exact match, it is empty for phrase, broad and content match.

Similarly, if, for a keyword it shows statistics for phrase match, it is empty for exact, broad and content match.

I see I have the same problem. I posted the following (in the quote) a couple of days ago (and also months ago). And at first I only noticed that the stats are incorrect.

After reading your post I checked it again and I also see that the statistics are only download (or only shown) for only one match type.

Good to see that I'm not the only one with this problem.

    dlocks:

I was hoping that with this new version the statistics in Desktop Beta would finally be correct. Howver, they are stil way of when you compare them with AdCenter Online. I mentioned the incorrect stats problem before but -as always with AdCenter problems :)- the problem could not be reproduced while I can reproduce it on two different computers.

    Example:
    1. Go in the online version to an adgroup and watch the stats for this year (or last month).
    2. In Desktop Beta download stats for this year.
    3. In Desktop Beta go to the same adgroup as in AdCenter Online.
    4. In my case almost none of the keyword stats are correct.

One 'prase' match keyword shows in AdCenter Online a 'spend' of 177.62 for this year. The same keyword in the same adgroup with same match type shows in Desktop Beta a 'spend' of 87.17.

Another one in the same adgroup. A keyword with match type 'content' shows in AdCenter Online a 'spend' of 4,901.28 for this year. The same keyword in the same adgroup with same match type shows in Desktop Beta a 'spend' of 0.00.

    Basicly all stats are incorrect.

I also tested this for the stats for last month. Those are also incorrect.

Support, if you would like to reproduce this problem please make sure you use an adgroup with broad, phrase, exact and content keywords in it. The problem might be related to content keywords.

PS: not AdCenter Dektop problem but only for AdCenter Online. Go to an adgroup with broad, phrase, exact and content keywords in it. Now select one of the content keywords by clicking on the check box in front of it. Say what? You can't select it? Well, I mentioned this about ten months ago. Although I could see in the HTML source that the checkbox for content keywords was disabled (so no cookie problem or something like that) and I was (and still can reproduce this) able to reproduce it on two different computers support could not reproduce this problem. This problem started after the previous Adcenter online update.

Again, if you would like to test this make sure you go to an adgroup with broad, phrase, exact and content keywords in it.

No news yet. I am still facing the problem of incorrect statistics.

The statistics downloaded from adcenter beta do not match with adcenter online (for the same time period). I tried for the period "this year". It matches for some keywords. Either all the columns (cost, ctr, clicks, impr, pos, conv) match or all of them differ.

For example if there are 100 keywords with statistics, may be around 40 keywords show correct statistics in adcenter desktop.
