I Tried contacting support and they told me to post here.

I cannot connect to Cloud server  on one of my machines.  I have tried it on another machine and had no issues.

Whe i enter in my info and try to test it gives me a test failed message.  Where can i start to try to debug this issue?

Is your machine's datetime accurate? we need accurate time to encrypt the messages between server and client.

    Thanks,
    Dylan

     Hi Dylan,

Yes i checked the date and time of my computer and they are within the 5 minute tolerance.  Have many people had issues with this?  I just need a starting point to begin ruling things out right now I have no idea where to go?  I appreciate the help

    thanks

    Hey Stephen,

It is weird that one of your machine work but the other doesn't. Could you send email to adsage@microsoft.com so that we can set up a call for this?

    Thanks,
    Dylan

I'm glad I found this post.  My machine was off my 8 minutes and I was getting the "Cloud Server Test Failed" message.

After trying to trouble shoot it for an hour...I came across this post, moved my time back and instantly it connected...such a simple thing to cause so much trouble.

I'm having the same problems - date and time is correct - and the cloud server address is https://ksp.microsoft.com/V5/ServiceContainer

Only just installed, so haven't got it working yet - any advice appreciated.
