MAI crashes Excel 2007 on startup

After installing, when I try to start excel, the window opens and then I get the message 'Microsoft Office Excel has stopped working'

- Using Microsoft Excel 2007

- Worked fine with the old beta tool

- I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling

- Excel works fine once uninstalled, so problem must be with MAI extension

Any advice would be appreciated.

    A few users at my company have the same problem. We are using Excel 2007 w/SP2 on Windows XP SP3.

     

    Can anyone help with this issue?

    Hi Sam7 and Jason,

    Can you send the Ad Intelligence runtime logs (all files under the path below) to me?

    On Windows XP, you should be able to find that in

    C:\Documents and Settings\{your_username}\Local Settings\AdIntelligence\Log

    On Windows Vista, find it here:

    C:\Users\{your_username}\AppData\Local\AdIntelligence\Log

    Please send the files to richardz@microsoft.com
