Bulk Upload Not Taking Affect

I been using the Import Campaign feature of adCenter for the last year with no problems. First, I import all my campaigns/adgroups/keywords/ads. Then, I submit all the adgroups. Then I import the bids. This always worked in the past, however, when I try to do a bulk bid import, my changes do not take affect. Who can help me with this at adCenter?

I cannot use the adCenter Desktop since I do not meet the criteras (i.e. KW quantity and using 64-bit windows).

    Can someone at adCenter help with this issue? I called the support hotline and they were unable to import the bids either...their solution was for me to use the adCenter desktop. Only problem is the desktop is not reliable....I been receiving "internal error has occurred" messages.

    There seems to be no way to bulk update all the bids for the KWs in a campaign...does any adcenter interface user tried importing the last few days? How do you update all your bids...going into each adgroup is not practical...

    Hello Alphaproject,

    Please Contact Support with Screen shots of the errors so we can look into this for you. Couple of questions I have for you also are:

    1. When was the last time you were able to import anything?

    2. Have to you tired to re-download the import file?

    If it is still occuring Please Contact Support again and have this issue be looked into further.
