Due to a system error, some customers who received an invitation to try Microsoft adCenter Analytics Beta today may have had trouble accessing the sign up when clicking on the link within the invitation e-mail.

Customers who had this invitation link issue will be getting a revised invitation. But in the meantime, if you’ve had difficulty with your invitation link, you can copy and paste your full invitation code URL from the e-mail into your Internet browser to get started. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Thanks for your patience and we look forward to your participation in our beta program.

Thanks!

Carolyn

I had this issue earlier today and just wanted to add a quick clarification.

The shortcut itself is flawed but the text is valid (if that makes any sense).  Thus you need to highlight and copy the text (i.e CTRL-C).  If you choose to copy the link or shortcut itself it will yield problems.

For example if the link was www.example.com, you would need to copy and paste www.example.com from window to window. The actual link itself links to something entirely different.

I got the second invitation, but I am unable to find the page described in step 3:
On the Signup for a free adCenter Analytics account page, create your account, and then click Submit."

I only get the "Already a member? Sign in." page.

The "Analytics feedback form" link does not work.

Hi Pennan,

On the page you see for step 2, did you uncheck the "I am an existing adCenter customer." box? If you are not an adCenter customer you should uncheck that box.

Please try the sign-up process without that box checked and let us know if that worked for you.

Thanks,

-D

I did not see that. It works now. :-)

Thank you!
