Trouble on Many Fronts including Extraction Tool

I installed and then re-installed thw AdCenter Add-in Tool and am having trouble with several of the function. The one I am now concerned with is the Extraction Tool. I enter in a URL and click on the Extraction button and get an immediate pop-up box telling me "No Data Selected."

What's up? I''ve search for instructions to no avail.

Please help?

    hi there,

    Try select the URLs you entered in Excel and run Extraction again.
