Can someone please point me to anyone that can help me with this situation? I received this email today:

"Our Billing Department has indicated that your account was closed because of its relation to previously closed adCenter accounts.  While we do not provide detailed information on how we link related accounts, we have thoroughly reviewed our records and confirmed that we have significant evidence that this account is related to other previously closed accounts."

Yes its true, I did have multiple accounts at one time (1 account for each website that my business partner and I owned for a total of 4 accounts). We have never done anything wrong with the accounts. I was not aware that we couldn't have numerous accounts either.

To make a long story short, this account was open for over 1 year and running quite well to be honest. We had recently ramped up a few of the campaigns and were spending around $500 per day. The account ran into a billing problem when paypal for some unknown reason decided not to process a payment. So we tried to attach my business partners credit card to the account with no luck. Actually we tried 2 different cards, 1 credit card and 1 debit card, and MSN wouldn't take either of them. We called support and support said they would have to issue a support ticket to billing. Well 4 days later we get this email?

Can someone please help us get to the bottom of this?

Thanks for your time,

Shayne Sherman
