AdCenter shows up in French?!

So when I go to adcenter.microsoft.com, the site is in French.  When I login, most of the campaign stuff is in english, however the right sidebar of links is all in French.  My language settings for my account are US English.

I emailed MS support on this and the lady asked me to email them some screenshots and additional info and I provided it but never got a response back (surprise surprise).

Here is the relevant computer info...

  • This is occurring on Firefox 3.5.5 on JUST this machine.  When I switch to IE Tab or use Internet Explorer on this machine it works fine and shows up in English, and when I use FF or IE on any other machines it shows up in English as well.
  • You would think this would be a browser setting or cache issue, however I verified that French is not even installed or set as a preference in Firefox and have cleared my cache and cookies multiple times.

Anybody know what could cause this?

Unfortunately this did not resolve the issue, however we ARE getting somewhere I think.

Before, I would go into my AdCenter account and look at the Language settings and it was set to English, however when I completed your steps 1-3, it did indeed show it as French so that is obviously where this is occurring.

However when I finished all of your instructions and clicked on "I do not have an adCenter account and want to establish one" it took me to the AdCenter homepage which was unfortunately still in French even when it seemed to register my changed language setting after step 4.

Anything else to try with that?  No idea why that would be bugged like this.

Oh my god I love you.  This did the trick!  Why exactly this extra switch to Canadian English caused it to work is beyond me but whatever it was did it.  Thank you so much!!!!

This has did not work for me.

I am using OS X 10.6.4 and Firefox 3.6.10 no matter what I do or any combination of changing the language I never get the damn page in English. I am already pissed off that Yahoo is forcing me to use your program, and even more pissed off that I can't even get it to even me the correct language.

Wow did I just read you correctly?

That page says that adcenter does not support Mac in any fashion. So the official word is that if I want to advertise on Yahoo or Bing/Live I have to own a pc running windows? Because thats what that page says.
