This issue does seems to be quite unusual. I will be glad to assist you as best as possible. But without knowing the exact functions that you are missing i will not provide an accurate answer.
However, my suggestion for you would be to search the internet for any kind of malware scaner, for example Windows Defender. Scan your computer to see if it detects anything on your PC. After that is complete please try removing Bing.com or Amazon.com.
