I could not give you a definite answer for this question.
My Suggestion for you would for you to use the Update for Best Position option. Use that performance from previous months and place your bids accordingly.
With new advertiser and being a PPC advertising platform the data you see may very due to advertiser staying competitive. But if you use that tool as a guideline you should be off to a good start.
