Account help up for "fraud" because of automated verification?

hey,

i created an account to promote a few ppc campaigns last week and i called and found that my account is help up by the bulling department due to the automated system not being able to verify my card details to my billing address.

the card i used was a credit card but from abroad so that is the reason. i have received a new VISA card from my bank now which will pass the automated verification. but can i create a new account because i have not had any response?

i know they are based in the USA so it might take some time i suppose?

If i understand you correctly. You are having an issue with your Billing Information.
Are you able to get into your account now?

If you arent able to get into your account. Please Contact Support so we can get the correct billing address to the Billing Department.

If you have a different credit card and you would like to have another account, you may want to sign up.
