How to make deleted adgroups go away?

When I delete an adgroup, it still shows in the left-side browser pane under the Campaign triangle thingy. How do I make it go away?  I want to add new adgroups and not have them get lost in clutter.

Also, when I look in the Manager pane, the adgroups are still there with strike-lines through them. I need to switch the top-right dropdown from "View All" to "View Active".  But it doesn't stay that way if I switch to look at the Keywords and back.

OK what I did (which worked) was to delete the adgroups from the live campaign (in the web browser client of AC) and then "Download changes" into AC desktop.  Is that what anyone else does?

    Hello Honda750,

I understand that you are trying to delete the ad group out of the list on the left naviagtion bar in the adCenter Desktop.

You are correct. If you right click and then click delete it will put a Strike through the ad group that you delete.

After that if you press "upload changes". It should reflect in the web interface if you deleted the Ad Group.
You will then just have to download the recent changes back into the adCenter Desktop and that ad group will disappear out of the list.

If you have any other questions please feel free to reply to this post.

    Thank you,
