What to do in case Advertising Intelligence tabs disappear.  This happens if Excel crashes, and the system feels that certain components may have caused this, and therefore disables them.  In order to “bring these tabs back”, you’ll need to follow the options below.

Option A

1.       Enter Excel options (clicking on the logo on the top left corner, and choosing Excel Options at the bottom)

        2.       Select Add-Ins in left menu

        3.       Under Manage, select Com Add-ins, (as following), then click on Go button

        4.       Please verify if Advertising Intelligence is checked. If not, check it, then click on ok.

        5.       Restart Excel see if it recovered.

6.       If recovered, you’re good.  If not, go to option B.

Option B

1.       Enter Excel options (clicking on the logo on the top left corner, and choosing Excel Options at the bottom)

        2.       Select Add-Ins in left menu

        3.       Under Manage, select Disabled Add-ins, (as following), then click on Go button

        4.       If you found Advertising Intelligence in this list, select it, and enable it, then click on close.

        5.       Restart Excel see if it recovered.

If not, go to Option C.
Option C

6.       Go into Control Panel

7.       Go into Programs

8.       Go into Programs and Features

9.       Select Advertising Intelligence

10.   Click on REPAIR (top of the pane)
