Password Reset not working (no Reset Code box)!

Hi All.

I am trying to reset my password but seem to be stuck in a loop. I did get the instructions with a link but when I follow the link, there is no "Password Reset Code" box. It just gives me the same form that asks for the username and the email for sending reset instructions.

Please advise.

Recently, adCenter has gone thru some updates. The Password Reset function currently was not working. However, the issue has been resolved. If you are still having issues Please Contact Support for further assistance.
