This question is answered
I receive the subject message when I try to log in to my account. I also try to log in with my linked Live account and it seems to successfully log in to my live ID then redirects me to address https://adcenter.microsoft.com/Default.aspx?wa=wsignin1.0 then I only see blank page. It didn't change if I wait for a number of minutes. I tried IE9 and Firefox 6.0, and it was the same. I have recently received an email from adcenter about a keyword disapproved, but I can't act on this because I cannot log in to my account. Please help. Sergey

  • Hello Sergey,

In addition, I would say that you can do the basic diagnosis by clearing the cache and cookies of your browser and then see if you could login into AdCenter or not. Sometimes it could  be one of reason which could prevent you to login properly.

    Just a thought!

  • Hi Ricky, Thank you for your advice. I have contacted support and received a response from a support specialist. The support person stated my account was postponed because of non-compliance of the target website content with the adCenter guidelines. I was posted a link as to check my website against the particular page it supposed to be non-compliant. My target website is advertisement of property rent for naturist families. But the guideline page I was posted advised on ways of selling adult content (!!) . I'm sure the naturist community I do the advertisement for will not be happy if I mention your specialist's remark to it. Naturist movement around the world separates itself from any adult-content related activity. The reference provided by your support specialist is therefore highly abusive. Is there any way I report the abuse and escalate the question? By the way, what kind of practice is that, when a whole account is postponed in case one website link has been disliked by someone in the adCenter team? - Tell me the link and I remove it until we settle it! You may block one particular ad campaign. It's OK. But blocking the complete account? I believe it is wrong. I have my bank card on file with my account by the way. I want to be able to monitor the card usage and be able to remove my card any time I want. Another question is the collected data. I want to be able to access my historical data any time I want, without connection with any of my ad being disliked by someone in the adCented team at the moment. I believe my question is mishandled. Please provide me with contact information to escalate the question. Thanks. ~Sergey Kofanov

  • Hi Ricky, have you missed my statement I have ALREADY contacted the support team? I did tell them I would like a one time access to my account as to collect my data and remove my bank card. They simply IGNORED my question. They responded with statements and information totally unrelated to my problem and to my question. Moreover, the references they made even looked offensive. Please advise me on ways I report this to the support team management.~Sergey Kofanov

  • Hi,

I'm facing the same problem. However, I wasn't able to get help from the Support Central, although I have sent a message with my details. In any case, our sites do not contain any content that may be regarded as adult content. As mentioned by Sergey, it is absolutely improper to block our access to the site part containing our credit card payment details. Someone should change this policy soon and make an appropriate adjustment to the way the information is communicated to us. I still have no clue for what am I blocked from using adCenter! I would appreciate your help as soon as possible. You can follow my support request here with this ID: 1161620695. Looking forward to your response.

    With many thanks,

    Yaron

  • Hello Yaron,

I believe that you should certainly get a justified response from Bing AdCenter team regarding this blockage which you are facing.

However, I would like to refer an article suggesting the Landing Page guidelines, which clearly underlines the basic things which have to be considered while working on the landing page.

Hope that helps you in some way either!
