Hello Secret Lemonade Drinker,
I understand that you are not able to access your account when using the Safari browser. I can understand your concern; I will gladly assist you.
Currently, the web site does not support the Safari web browser; I apologize for the inconvenience. I know that you had mentioned that you do not want to install another browser on your Mac computer but in this instance the best suggestion that I can give is to install the Firefox web browser and disable the plug ins in this program.
What I will do is submit the feedback that you have provided regarding the software requirements on your behalf. Here at Microsoft we place great value on the feedback we receive from our advertisers as well as our searchers. To provide this feedback, there is a ‘Give Us Feedback’ link on the bottom of any adCenter page
If you have any other questions or concerns please let me know as I will gladly assist you.
-Thank you
Kimberley
all i can say is MS sucks, what else can i say. they never care about the end users.
i tried to access adcenter on my iPad without luck, tried millions things can't make it work so i ask them to send a daily report to my email, and hopefully i can open the email while I was travel. again, they send the email as a zip file, which can't be open whatsoever on my ipad even after i installed a few unzip files.
microsoft has no idea how the world works. the coders are plain stupid and stupid. frustrated so much with them!!!!!!!
Hello Eric,
Thank you for your feedback. I also apologize for your frustration as I can understand you needing to be able to work on different platforms. The good news is we are working on this and will be fixing this. :-)
Please stay tunned to our blogs for futher announcements.
Yes. Terrible. My Guess: this is Microsoft at it's worst — leveraging a pseudo-monopoly over Mac users at the expense of the user. It's not as though MS doesn't have the resources to do a little testing.
This is nonsensical strategy for MS: we're choosing not to use the adCenter because it's clear that MS doesn't care about its customers (us).
