Managing Client Accounts in adCenter?

This question is answered

Does adCenter have the same client management / linking capability as Google adWords does? If not, we just run each account separately, sign in, sign out as we go to each account?

Thanks,

John

  • Hello JohnBarlowe,

Currently we do not have anything like admanager for small agencies, not to say it is not going to be available in the near future. I will be glad to submit feedback on your behalf.

The best way would be to sign up with different logins. Each customer/client would have their own information in their account. I recommend doing it this way due to the fact that, all billing information is more secure. You will also be able to us 3 Credit Cards.

However, you are able to setup mulitple accounts under one main username and then create addition usernames and provision them for rights to certain accounts. However, by doing this it is harder to manage. You will be able to use 3 credit cards, up to only 6 accounts.

I hope this answers your question. If you have any additional questions please feel free to reply.

    Thank you,
    adCenter Support

  • Hi John,

adCenter now has this functionality. You can now manage accounts across several clients via a single set of user credentials. You will not have to sign-out and back in to switch between them. This is available via the "Agency Management" tab under "Accounts & Billing" in the adCenter UI. Start taking advantage of this functionality today!

    Best,

    -Juan

  • Hi John, adCenter does have a way to manage client accounts like adWords Master Client Center. You can link several accounts to a single set of user credentials and manage them all without signing out ans signing in again. There is a blog that I wrote for this. You can read it here: http://community.microsoftadvertising.com/blogs/advertiser/archive/2011/04/29/setting-up-agency-client-relationships-in-adcenter.aspx Hope this helps! -Juan
