Katrina joined Microsoft in 2007 as a Search Media Strategist, having previously worked at the search agency Latitude. She currently looks after Omnicom and Group M, helping them to optimize their accounts to drive a better ROI.

Aaron McGrath, UK SMB Segment Lead, Microsoft
Aaron McGrath has been working in the online space for the last ten years. Initially working in the software services end of the business he moved into the publisher side over 7 years ago. Since 2004 he has worked in online advertising for both Yahoo! and Microsoft. He joined Microsoft in 2006 and helped launched adCenter in the UK and France. He has recently moved into a new role at Microsoft Search Advertising where he is responsible to developing strategies that enable SMBs to grow their online presence on Bing.
