Curious about how to contact adCenter support?

You’re not alone – this is one of the most frequently asked questions we hear from our advertisers. You can access support through the adCenter site as well as here on the adCenter Community site. Since you’re here now, that’s where we’ll start.

If you look in the upper right hand corner of the screen, the final tab in the row is the Support tab. Clicking on it will bring you to our support page that lists your options for contacting adCenter support, you can access this page from anywhere on the Community site:

You can call or email adCenter Support according to your market.

In addition to helping you with questions about managing campaigns, billing, budgeting, reporting and more, adCenter support representatives can also offer suggestions to help improve your campaign’s performance.

Keep in mind that another great resource for getting answers to your questions is the adCenter Discussion Forum, located on the tab two spots to the left of the Support tab shown above.

The forums are frequented by advertisers like yourself as well as Microsoft staff, both may be able to help answer your questions.

In addition to posting your questions on the forums, it’s also a good idea to browse previous topics in case you’re able to find what you’re looking for in previous threads:

Moving over to the adCenter site itself, when logged in to your adCenter account, you'll see a "Contact Support" link in the footer of the user interface:

You can also access the Contact Support link from adCenter Help, located in the top-right corner of the user interface:
