Very less explored subject and you have provided valuable information. Very helpful!
I need help on this. I want to turn off content ads, and only display search ads. All my keywords in my campaign show "content enabled". When I follow the given instructions, I don't get the option to "select where your ads are distributed". The business address is in Honduras, although we are advertising in the US and Canada. I've paused the ads until I can sort this out. Any assistance you can provide would be gratly appreciated.
It would be very very helpful if, in the help file with AdCenter, it said somewhere that Content ads are only available in the US.
