How to contact adCenter support

How to contact adCenter support

  • Comments 16

Just a quick refresher on how to contact adCenter support, which is a common question we hear from customers. When logged in to adCenter, you'll see a "Contact Support" link in the footer of the user interface. You can also access the Contact Support link from adCenter Help, which is accessible from a link in the top-right corner of the UI.

You can call or email adCenter Support by following these links, according to your market.

The adCenter Support team can help you with questions about managing campaigns, billing, budgeting, reporting and more. adCenter support representatives can also assist you in improving your campaigns if you're interested.

Here on the adCenter Community site we have a support page that lists your support options for adCenter. Also please take a moment to visit the adCenter discussion forum to ask and answer questions, and to see if someone else has had a similar question answered previously.

  • What is the adCenter Support phone # ?

The link above don't work nor the link in the adCenter support page from the GUI

  • Hi Ray, thanks for letting us know. I fixed the link. In the U.S. the # is (800) 518-5689 6:00am-18:00pm PST. Hope that helps.

  • Who do I cantact when every person, via phone or email, can't seem to answer outside of boilerplate and suggestions on how to get more impressions - when the issue is that my ads are not appearing at all? This is the holiday season and it is crazy that I can't get a competent person to resolve this. I've been using AdCenter since the beginning and know more than the people I am talking with...there is an issue that needs to be elevated but I still get the same boilerplate answers that prove the 'support' people are not even reading or considering the actual issue at hand. Thank you.

  • Hi Blair,

I am sorry for your frustration. Here is a link that includes tips on how to find your ad / possible solutions to help get your ad showing. advertising.microsoft.com/.../find-your-ad - I hope you find this helpful.

If you have contacted Support and were not able to get help - I'd like to let the support team know so that they can remedy this. Please email me your contact info and any support ticket #'s you have so I can follow up with the team and find out what's happening so we can try to get you the help you need.

Thanks for taking the time to comment.

  • I am trying to set up an adcenter account in the US, but everything I click the link, there was an error message stating that there's a run time error? I am from Hong Kong and my business market is in the US. Am I correct to set up an account in the US or do I have to set up an account from my region? Please advise.

  • Hello C.W

You should be able to set up an account in the U.S as long as you are able to meet the system requirements.

    System requirements

Microsoft adCenter is a web-based program that can be used on any computer that meets certain requirements.

    For optimal Microsoft adCenter performance

Allow pop-ups (Additional small windows that appear in front of the webpage you are viewing.) on adCenter by turning off your pop-up blocker (A software program that prevents secondary windows—usually smaller windows—from "popping up" over the webpage you're viewing.) for the adCenter website. For more information, see Help for your web browser.

Download and install the latest version of Microsoft Silverlight from the Microsoft Silverlight website.

    Operating system and web browser

Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows 2000, or Microsoft Windows 98: Use with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or later.

Microsoft Windows Vista or Microsoft Windows 7: Use with Windows Internet Explorer 8, Windows Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or later.

If you use Mozilla Firefox, you must enable cookies and JavaScript.

    Thank you,

  • When I click on the link above it shows an ugly text page which contains nothing but a few text links on a white background - clicking on the links does nothing (ie. the links just link to the same page)

    Has Microsoft withdrawn adcenter?

  • the links obviously do not work... ever?!

  • Here is the updated link:

    community.microsoftadvertising.com/.../Support.aspx

    Thank you,

    Ricky :)
