We met Paul at the IAB UK offices during a games advertising conference a couple of months ago, and asked him where he gets his creative inspiration from. His team works with a lot of big brands in the social space, so he’s well qualified when suggesting planners look at motivators of psychology and how consumers’ habits are rapidly changing, in order to stay relevant.

“Transparency” is such a crucial attitude in today’s digital environment. Paul says that companies need to be “willing to hear the worst, act on it and be a better brand for tomorrow.”
