US revenue transfers for International Publishers

Hi, I have a US Account and a Dutch account. I've completed all the steps necessary for the revenue transfer and even got an email form support that 'I'm OK'. This may be a really stupid question, but what should i see in my accounts when the revenue is transferred ? Something in the 'Adjustments' part of the website ? At the moment i don't see anything changed. Best Regards, Elco Bouma

  • Elco - It will take one billing cycle for the transferred balance to be reflected in your Dutch account. Make sure you validate your payment method in your new account to avoid any issues.
  • just to be sure... should i see anything at the moment ? I saw in a forum post someone mentioning the 20th as payment date. Any other developer has his revenue transferred already ??
  • I have seen no changes in the USA nor Europe account. However Troy says that we should wait until next billing cycle. The problem is that most "converteds" don't know when the billing cycle is, as we've had none yet :)

  • I got an email from psupport yesterday that stated: 'The transfer of accrued earning on your old account is scheduled to occure by January 30th. I have reached out to our partner team to be sure they are aware of migration of earnings that needs to occur from your old account to your new account.' Fingers crossed !

  • Same situation here. I opened a new account, and I wait for a money transfer.

    A week ago, an adjustment has been made... but in the wrong account (the old one).
    It is if like the old account has auto-adjusted itself !

    I have written to psupport@microsoft.com...

     

     

     

  • The planned transfer didnt happen.... "Due to unforseen circumstances there has been a delay in completing the second transfer of the earnings from your old account to your new account." according to psupport. Anyone else did succeed in getting the transfer last month ?
