1099 is double what it should be, please help...

My 1099 for last year is double what it should be. If I run a report for the last year, it shows me what I actually earned being a pubcenter web publisher, but the 1099 I received is double what I actually earned (actually a little over double).

Not sure if it's just me or a glitch...

Can someone help me out? Who should I contact? I'd like to get this corrected as soon as possible.

  • Update: I just noticed that on the 1099-MISC it says to contact prohelp@microsoft.com if there are questions -  I've done that and will see what happens. Hey, maybe I'll get better luck and someone in Finance will make an adjustment to my account for the difference ;)

  • Glad someone said something, after adding the 12 months of 2010 up, my 1099 is also about doubled, i'll email psupport@microsoft.com

  • Update: I received an email from Chris Garner who said he would take care of it. Fast and professional.

  • I have got mine also ... wonder how the programer decided to double the revenue .. hope we had received the double payment .. hope some one will talk to them for such a simple mistake .. it's not first time .. it's been 3 years same issue .. it was never correct
