Microsoft Advertising has had a large presence at the Cannes Festival this year with all delegates sporting the Microsoft Advertising brand and slogan on their lanyards - you dream it we deliver it - our brand is also showcased on the Palais - but really nothing says Microsoft like CEO Steve Ballmer.
