If you're a regular reader of the adCenter Blog--and if so, you rock!--you know that periodically we pop up to ask for feedback on how we're doing. Your feedback is crucial for us to help bubble up pain points, feature requests and give visibility to your thoughts on adCenter and how we can improve it. If you'd like to share what's on your mind, you can...
1.) Use the adCenter Feedback Form, simply enter your feedback and/or feature requests, and click "Submit".
2.) Add your thoughts to the adCenter Feedback & Feature Request Thread on our discussion forums; share your ideas and see what others are saying.
Keep in mind that the more specific the information you provide is, the more helpful it will be. Telling us that you’re unhappy or frustrated with something is the first step, but if you can detail why you feel this way and provide some examples of things that could be done to remedy the issue, that could go a long way in helping us understand how to best address the issue.
Your feedback is directly tied to the changes and upgrades made to adCenter; it plays a big role in how features are prioritized for future releases and informs the development of time-saving tools like Microsoft Advertising Intelligence, the Ad Preview Tool and adCenter DesktopBeta.
Thanks to all of you who have sent us your comments, suggestions and feature requests in the past… keep ‘em coming!
