Londoners to get Free Ice Cream from Bing this Summer!

The temperature is rising. British pupils have had an early taste of their upcoming holidays by escaping school for a week or so. Light dresses are out and everyone starts boasting red patches of sun-burnt skin…

You've got it: the summer is upon us in the UK.

As some of you will be very busy leveraging the precious best practices about search marketing that our guests experts have divulged in our compendium of summer PPC tips, we thought we would cheer you up by having Bing bring summer to you.

During the whole month of June, a Bing ice cream van will be touring London and handing out lollies across the capital.

Make sure that you get your hands (and tongue) on one!

This Bing Map will tell you where and when the bell will be tolling.

What a great idea to create excitement and to entice consumers to engage with/follow Bing. Dairy Queen did something similar in the U.S. last month. This is a great idea for clients!

Hi there.

Thanks for your comment and fair point. The rational for selecting the current stops was based on people density during business hours on weekdays. Central London with its touristic landmarks really stands out in that respect versus the Sourthern, more residential part of the Capital.
