U.S. adCenter Customers: Help us improve your adCenter Reports and Analytics tools and get a $100 adCenter credit

posted Wed, Mar 10 2010

Hi everyone, a call for reporting feedback from the adCenter Team. Please note that at this time, only U.S. adCenter customers are eligible for the ad credit. Full details below.

We want your feedback!  Microsoft® adCenter is working on our next-generation advertising reporting and analytics product, and would like to know what you think.  We’re trying to understand how you use campaign reports, what features you’d like to see built next, and how important new functionality is to you.  We'll use this information to help build innovative tools that give our customers exceptional value.

As an incentive for participating in this online survey, we’d like to offer you $100 in free advertising credits that will be applied to the account you specify at the end of the survey, in the customer information section.

Incentive eligibility: This $100 ad credit is available to the first 125 adCenter advertisers who complete the survey.  Responses must be provided by March 12, 2010 (midnight Pacific Time).  Offer available only to current Microsoft adCenter customers actively using an analytics product or tool such as Microsoft adCenter reports, Microsoft conversion tracking, Google Analytics, Yahoo Analytics or any 3rd party analytics tool.  The offer applies only to existing adCenter customers with a $500 average monthly search and contextual adCenter advertising spend over the last two months (January and February) who are original recipients of this offer.  The information provided in the customer information section of the survey must be completed and accurate for eligibility.  Each customer is eligible for only one incentive.  See below for full Offer Details.*

That is a very good incentive to get some valuable feedback, Carolyn. It's a pity that it's only available in the U.S though, or I would've been quite happy to participate in the survey!I'll give a brief overview of my opinion though: the Microsoft adCenter Desktop is much more user-friendly than the Yahoo! Desktop Editor and is a vast improvement over it.If you continue to develop great GUIs that don't just come up with frustrating and un-informative error messages, I'm sure adCenter will flourish.
