In addition to answering questions about managing campaigns, billing, budgeting, reporting and more, adCenter support representatives can also offer suggestions to help improve your campaign’s performance. For more information on campaign assistance, visit the QuickLaunch and Performance Improvement pages on the Microsoft Advertising site.
Keep in mind that another great resource for getting answers to your questions is the Community Forums, accessible from any page here on the Community site:
You can post questions and read answers from fellow advertisers and Microsoft staff who check in on the forums daily. In addition to posting your questions, it’s also a good idea to browse previous topics in case you’re able to find what you’re looking for in previous threads.
If you’re anything like my husband, it takes a lot for you to break down and contact support or post your issue to an online forum when you have a question. For all you do-it-yourselfers out there who look at every unanswered question as a challenge, this Excel document with an indexed list of links to adCenter Help files may come in handy. I use it on a regular basis myself when I’m supplying links for more information in the blog posts I write. Just open the doc, hit “Ctrl+F” to bring up the document search box and type in a term related to the information you want to learn more about, e.g. editorial, dynamic text, match types, etc.
I hope this has been helpful! Please leave a comment and let me know if it was, or if there’s anything else you’re curious about.
