You may notice issues while using the import feature of adCenter Desktop for adding new keywords to your campaign.
When importing new keywords without a broad match type defined by using a CSV file or directly pasting it into the multiple changes dialog, a broad match type with the default bid of the ad group may inadvertently be created.
When importing new keywords with just phrase or exact match only, a broad match type will also be added for the same keywords with the default bid of the ad group.
The adCenter team is working diligently to resolve this issue. We are expecting the fix in the second week of June.
As a workaround, if you do not wish to have a broad bid for a keyword, please make sure to explicitly delete any broad match type which you do not wish to bid for prior to submitting your changes to adCenter. Carefully review your bids before submitting them. I appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
